Payment Options
Customers have several options for paying for trips.
- Over the phone with a credit or debit card, on or before the day of service or after receiving an invoice
- At the time of service by handing a check to the driver
- Online via an online payment link sent by email after service has been completed.
Refund Policy
If your transport service is cancelled for any reason, you can call us for a full refund or have the payment as credit on the account. If you are unsatisfied with the service call us for a partial or full refund depending on the situation.
Customer Data Privacy
All customer information that is protected under HIPAA is only shared with the necessary parties, such as a care facility, or hospital. Any trip booking information entered online is sent directly to our dispatching staff for review.
